Missed Connection
There are times when you miss your tour or cruise departure for reasons out of your control. For covered reasons, TravelSafe’s Missed Connection benefit reimburses additional costs you incur to get to your trip and prepaid expenses for unused land or water travel arrangements.
Be sure to keep all documentation and receipts if you miss a tour or cruise departure. Remember, you must miss your tour or cruise departure by 3 hours or more because of a delay caused by a covered reason to qualify for this benefit.
