Is there a per article limit?
Yes. The maximum benefit amount per article is $300.
Do I need to file an official report for lost, damaged, or stolen baggage?
Yes. Promptly notify one of the following, in writing: police, hotel proprietors, ship lines, airlines, railroad, bus, airport or other station authorities, tour operators or group leaders, or any common carrier or bailee who has custody of your property at the time of loss.
If my property is lost, damaged or stolen, what should I do?
First take all reasonable steps to protect, save or recover the property. Save documentation or records that may be needed to file a claim and send proof of loss as soon as possible.
